Britannia Superfine Ltd. supplies a large customer base with a whole range of products, which to the best of our knowledge do not contain Genetically Modified Materials or their derivatives. It is the aim of Britannia Superfine Ltd. to only purchase those products that have not been genetically altered. Britannia Superfine is currently using Brazilian Soya Lecithin in all chocolate products that has been certified as GM FREE. Independent samples have also been sent to outside laboratories for cross checking of the GM status and to date all of the results have been returned negative. The glucose that is currently purchased is a derivative of wheat and as far as we are aware, no genetic alteration has been made to the wheat crop.
